Because those who eat together stay together, we carry forward the tradition of sharing meals with loved ones and prepare a new generation of future chefs. This time as well, we have brought to the table of meaningful projects the finest ingredients, know-how, and plenty of inspiration – all under the signature of Chef Cezar.
Aspiring chefs, pastry chefs, and those drawn to a future in gastronomy need a hands-on learning approach, with access to resources and knowledge tailored for those who envision a future filled with flavors and aromas—a path full of promise in a truly fascinating profession.
For the 2024 project, we selected as beneficiary the Anghel Saligny Technological High School in Bacău, involving a group of 25 students from culinary and gastronomy engineering classes, who will take part in an intensive training program of 9 modules alongside Chef Cezar Munteanu and his invited guests.
We provide teachers and students with the necessary resources and specialized staff to transform an ordinary school laboratory into a true School of Chefs for an entire semester.
