PUBLIC NOTICE

SC AGRICOLA INTERNATIONAL S.A. with headquarters in Bacău, Calea Moldovei no. 94, announces the submission of the request to update the Integrated Environmental Authorization no. 2 / 11.05.2022, for the Intensive Poultry Breeding activity – Farm 10 HEMEIUȘ which is carried out in Hemeiuș township, Bacău County.

– The existing activity falls under annex no. 1 of Law no. 278/2013 on industrial emissions, at point “6.6 a Intensive breeding of poultry and pigs, with capacities of more than: a) 40,000 places for poultry”.

– Information regarding the potential impact on the environment of the activity for which the environmental authorization is requested can be obtained from the headquarters of the Agency for the Protection of the Environment Bacău, str. Oituz, no. 23, Jud. Bacău, daily from Monday to Thursday, between 8 am and 4 pm and on Friday between 8 am and 2 pm.

– Observations, suggestions and proposals from the public can be received in writing at the headquarters of the Bacău Environmental Protection Agency or by e-mail at [email protected].
