PUBLIC NOTICE

“APM Bacau informs the interested public about the issuing decision of the updated integrated environmental authorization for S.C. AGRICULTURAL INTERNATIONAL S.A., with headquarters in Bacau, Calea Moldovei, no. 94, title of the activity provided in annex no. 1 of Law 278/2013 on emissions industrial 6.4.a) “Operation of slaughterhouses with a capacity of production of over 50 tons of carcasses per day”, Poultry Slaughterhouse from Bacau municipality, Calea Moldovei street, no. 230.

The project of the updated integrated environmental authorization, the decision and the relevant information for decision-making can be consulted at APM Bacau headquarters, Oituz str., no. 23, on Mondays – Thursdays between hours 8.00 – 16.30 and Friday between 8.00 – 14.00, as well as on the following Internet address: http://apmbc.anpm.ro, regulations, authorization integrated environment.

The interested public can submit in writing proposals/comments/observations at APM Bacau headquarters, str. Oituz, no. 2. 3, goal. 0234 512750, fax. 0234 571056, within 30 days from publication of this announcement, until 04.06.2023.”
