  Method of preparation:

  Preheat the oven to 180°C. Soak dried fruit in warm water for 20 minutes, then drain. Mix dried fruit with chopped herbs, butter, salt and pepper. Fill the Farmer’s Chicken with the mixture of fruits and herbs and sew the opening or close it with toothpicks. Place the chicken in a baking tray, brush with oil and season to taste.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1-1.5 hours, until the skin is golden and the juices run clear. Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

    – 500 g of boneless Farmer’s Chicken breast 

    – 1 large onion, finely chopped

    – 100 g of rice

    – Fresh or pickled cabbage leaves

    – Broth or pureed tomatoes

    – Herbs (dill, parsley)

 

Method of preparation:

Sauté the onion in a little oil until translucent, add the rice and sauté together for a few more minutes. Mix the minced meat with the onion, rice, chopped herbs, salt, pepper and paprika. Prepare the cabbage leaves by cutting off the thick part of the ribs. Wrap the mixture in the cabbage leaves, forming wraps. Place the cabbage rolls in a pot, add the stock or pureed tomatoes, then enough water to cover them. Let them simmer on low heat for 2-3 hours and serve with sour cream and fresh dill.

    – 300 g Farmer’s Chicken – boneless breast 

    – 2 carrots, 1 parsnip, 1 celery root (all chopped)

    – 3 cloves of garlic, crushed

    – 1 L of chicken soup or water

    – 150 ml cooking cream

    – salt, pepper, chopped parsley

Method of preparation:

In a large pot, boil the Farmer’s Chicken breast in soup or water. After the meat is cooked, take it out and let it cool, then cut it into pieces. In the same liquid, add the chopped vegetables, onion and garlic and cook until the vegetables are soft. Add the cooked chicken back to the pot. Using a hand blender, blend the soup until creamy. Stir in the cream, season with salt and pepper, and heat without boiling. Serve with fresh chopped parsley on top.
