The preparation of these modern delicacies takes place in a fully automated mode, the operation of the latest generation installations being assisted by the computer in all stages of the preparation process.
The 12 tons of semi-prepared and ready-meal products that Europrod produces daily are passed for a few seconds through a hot oil bath, baked under the intensity of hot air, and then packaged in the most varied and optimal ways.
