The taste that does good – 2022
The mission of the “Agricola Neam de Gospodari” Association continues in 2022 with projects that aim for a touch of “better” in the life of the community.

We started in 2019 with a focus on health and our vision to bring value to the homes of Romanians. This year we are launching the third nutrition and food guide, a guide that we hope will reach the hands of every parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt or any person who looks with care and hope towards the future of children.

If in 2021 we offered you healthy and tasty recipes designed for canteens, camps, schools and kindergartens, this guide is for families.

We continue to invest in “Good taste”, but we also add components that bring an integrated perspective on the way we feed and raise children. We believe that prevention is the most natural step that every responsible parent can take to avoid drastic interventions. That is precisely why this year’s guide is dedicated to the whole family, with recommendations for parents and taste for the little ones.

Because in the family we learn habits that serve us in life, we learn to taste, feed ourselves, feel, move.

The basis of this year’s guide was the concern over the alarming figures that announce how high the obesity rate is in Romania. A future that is being built today and that does not look rosy when we look at the statistics.

A present in which the consumption of fast food becomes a habit for children and the nutrients are exchanged for dishes filled with unhealthy fats and calories. A lifestyle that keeps children stuck in chairs for 10 hours a day without natural movement, in front of gadgets, disconnected from nature and an environment that subjects them to physical effort.

A perpetual daily rush that forgets about family meals, about food cooked in peace, about simple ingredients, about the positive emotions that, created in joy, bring the family together.

A constant pressure that causes compulsive eating mechanisms, a lack of emotional education that leads to refuge in the most convenient place – the refrigerator.

In this guide you will find perspectives, tips, useful recipes, useful recommendations for all those who want to raise healthy children. From pediatrician advice to the importance of exercise, a psychologist’s perspective, meal plan ideas and of course recipes, cooked with healthy ingredients, nutritionally balanced and thought out so the whole family can enjoy them.

We gathered the specialists together and today we give you a guide for joy and health in the family!

This content will be freely available in various formats for those who want to use it but will also serve as a starting point for a much-needed conversation about healthy choices, food education, and family resources.

We invite you to join us in supporting health and putting your favorite spice in “The taste that makes you feel good.”
