Ingredients

✓ 4 pieces of joyful chicken legs

✓ 300 g broccoli

✓ 200 g sweet potato

✓ 250 g carrots

✓ 200 g yellow/red bell pepper

✓ 30 ml grapeseed oil

✓ salt / freshly ground pepper

✓ 1 tsp herbs de Provence


Sauce

✓ 2 avocados

✓ Greek yogurt, 2% fat

✓ 20 g garlic

✓ 5 g parsley

Method of preparation

Season the chicken legs with Provence herbs, salt and pepper. Mix them with broccoli, diced sweet potatoes, carrots, yellow and red bell peppers, season with salt, freshly ground pepper, herbs de Provence and grapeseed oil and cook them in the oven.

Serve with the following sauce: avocado, salt, garlic, parsley and yogurt, blended into a thick cream with a vertical blender.

Tips & Tricks

Freeze the garlic before cooking it in this sauce. It won’t taste as strong, and it will help prevent acid reflux or burning.
