This recipe is part of the Healthy Nutrition Guide for Children, created by the “Neam de Gospodari” Agricola Association.
Ingrediente:
✓ 10 tbsp of whole-wheat flour
✓ 4 tbsp carob powder
✓ 1 sachet of organic baking powder
✓ 300 ml almond milk
✓ 6 tbsp melted butter
✓ 3 tbsp Stevia rebaudiana
✓ Vanilla powder
✓ 150 g hazelnuts
For berry compote:
✓ 200 g defrosted berries
✓ 100 ml Stevia rebaudiana syrup
In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients: whole wheat flour,Mix until smooth, add vanilla powder and coarsely chopped hazelnuts. Pour into individual shapes, using a pastry bag or a spoon and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180°C.
Pour the berry sauce and Stevia rebaudiana syrup over the cake. To prepare the sauce, boil half of the defrosted berries with the stevia syrup to form the base. Let it cool down and add the remaining berries. The compote thus obtained can be consumed with many other delicious desserts.
Tips & Tricks:
Berries can be replaced with frozen strawberries, which are just as fragrant and tasty.
