This recipe is part of the Healthy Nutrition Guide for Children, created by the “Agricola Neam de Gospodari” Association
Ingredients
✓ 200 g rolled oats
✓ 800 ml unsweetened almond milk or another type of milk
✓ 4 tsp peanut butter
✓ cinnamon
✓ 4 tsp coconut flakes
✓ 200 g raspberries
✓ 100 g blueberries
✓ 2-3 sprigs of mint
Boil the rolled oats in the almond milk for a few minutes or until the liquid is almost absorbed. At the end, add the cinnamon, coconut flakes, walnuts, 1 teaspoon of peanut butter and the berries.
Garnish with mint leaves.
Tips & Tricks
Buy a quality product for your child’s needs.
How about making your own peanut butter? Blend 250 g of raw peanuts with 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of peanut oil, a pinch of salt and a good blender!
