Ingredients for 10 servings

✓ 500 g bananas

✓ 300 g oranges

✓ 200 g apples

✓ 100 g pears

✓ 100 g grape berries

✓ 50 g whole-wheat biscuits

✓ 100 g Greek yogurt, 10% fat

✓ 50 g honey

Method of preparation

Dice the fruits and then place them in a jar, alternating layers with the crumbled wholemeal biscuits.
As a final layer, add a tablespoon of Greek yogurt and a drop of honey on top.

Tips & Tricks
Try using 5% fat yogurt. Also, look for seasonal, fresh fruits, preferably from local producers.
