Ingredients for 10 servings

✓500 g whole-wheat pasta, “penne”, cooked and cooled

✓300 g cottage cheese

✓200 ml heavy cream min 30% fat

✓100 g sugar

✓4 eggs

✓ raisins

✓a pinch of salt

✓vanilla (1 tablespoon of extract or 2 sachets of vanilla sugar)

✓lemon zest (from 1 lemon)

✓20 g butter

✓30 g breadcrumbs


Method of preparation

Line the baking molds with butter and breadcrumbs and keep them in the fridge.
Mix cottage cheese with heavy cream, whipped eggs and the rest of the ingredients.
Pour the mix into the baking molds and bake at 175*C for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve cold, sprinkled with vanilla sugar and cinnamon.

Tips & Tricks:
Whole-wheat pasta, “penne”, should not be overcooked. During the baking process, it absorbs the liquid from the other ingredients, which is why it will become both soft and tasty.
