Ingredients for 10 servings
Chicken Drob:
✓ 300 g boneless and skinless chicken breast
✓ 225 g chicken liver
✓ 50 g green onions
✓ 50 g mountain spinach
✓ 50 g green garlic
✓ 30 g fresh spinach
✓ 1 egg
✓ 500 g boiled rice
✓ 100 g finely grated carrots
✓ 50 g dill and parsley
✓ 2 g dried oregano
Wash the onions and the green garlic and cut them finely. Then mix them with the carrots, egg and boiled rice.
Flavor the chicken breast and then pan-fry until golden. After it cools down, cut it into cubes and add it over the rice. The same goes for the chicken livers. Add the spices, the rest of the greens and mix. Line a tray with oil and flour, pour the mixture and bake at 175°C for 40 minutes.
