A portion of baked chicken thighs has never disappointed anyone. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, baked chicken legs are tasty, juicy and loved by children and adults alike.
However, in addition to the love you add to each meal, there is a special way to prepare them. See how you too can make the best baked chicken thighs. We are going to show you the oven-baked thighs recipe with sauce and the version without sauce.
1. Unwrap and place the chicken thighs in a tray. Make sure the tray is big enough.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste all over the chicken. Season both sides of the thighs. If you want the chicken to come out crispy, don’t remove the skin. If you don’t like it, you can remove it.
3. Pour a glass (about 250 ml) of water or stock from a boiled chicken into the tray.
4. After you add the liquid part, sprinkle chicken seasoning all over the thighs. Do not overdo it, about 1-2 tablespoons are enough.
5. Put fresh garlic in the tray. 5 cloves of garlic are enough. If you don’t have fresh garlic, 1-2 tablespoons of granulated garlic will do.
6. If you have fresh rosemary, you can add 1-2 sprigs to the tray.
7. Pour a little oil over the meat, either sunflower or olive oil.
8. Put the tray in the oven at 180-200˚ C and wait for the chicken skin on the thighs to brown. If you have removed the skin, you can check the thighs with a fork.
9. Turn the thighs over and wait for them to brown evenly.
10. Remove the thighs from the oven and serve!

If you want to make a batch of chicken thighs with sauce, all you have to do is add an extra step.
Between steps 6 and 7, add an extra step where you will put some tomato sauce or 2-3 large, crushed tomatoes over the thighs.
This recipe is very simple, delicious, and healthy! You can combine it with a green salad or why pair not with some baked potatoes.
Good appetite!
