Ingredients

✓ 500 g Tagliatelle

✓ 100 g of fresh mushrooms

✓ 200 g pressed ham

✓ 30 g green onions

✓ 100 ml liquid cream (35% fat)

✓ 50 g grated parmesan

✓ or cheese for pasta

✓ salt

Method of preparation

While the pasta is boiling, brown the chopped brunoise green onions in a little olive oil and add the sliced mushrooms and diced ham. Add the cream and season. Combine the previously cooked pasta with the sauce and cook everything together for another 2 minutes. At the end, add the grated parmesan.

Tips & tricks

The dough for tagliatelle can also be prepared at home, from: 600 g of durum wheat flour, 7 large eggs and a pinch of salt, for 1 kg of pasta.
