Ingredients for a family
✓ 450 g (6 halves of Agricola Forest Rooster)
✓ 2 tbsp olive oil
✓ 1 tsp dried oregano
✓ 1 tsp sweet paprika
✓ 1 tsp dried basil
✓ 1 tsp of smoked paprika
✓ 1 tsp garlic powder
✓ 1 garlic clove, diced
✓ 2 lemons
✓ 2 medium-sized zucchini
✓ 1 bunch of finely chopped parsley
✓ 100 g feta cheese
First, prepare the secret spice by grating the peel from a lemon and mixing it with the dry ingredients and with a few tablespoons of olive oil. Preheat the oven to about 170°C, sprinkle the chicken halves with the juice of 1 lemon, then season them. Place them in a tray, then put lemon slices and the chicken pieces and place in the pre-heated oven.
Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into cubes (about half a cm thick) and mix them in a bowl with chopped garlic and parsley, salt, pepper and the rest of the oil, if there is any left; if not, take 2 more tablespoons of olive oil from your cabinet.
When the chicken pieces start to turn golden, spread the zucchini mixture on top with your hands and crumble feta cheese over it. Leave everything in the oven for another 10 minutes and then serve.
