Ingredients:
✓ 4 pears
✓ 2 tsp cinnamon
✓ 4 tbsp raisins
✓ 4 tsp hazelnut butter
✓ 2 tsp honey
✓ some berries
✓ 4 mint leaves
Cut the pears in half and remove the seeds. Place a baking sheet on a non-sticking pan and sauté the pears on high heat with the cavity facing down. This is a very quick and easy cooking process. After they become golden, place them in a preheated oven on very high heat for 3-5 minutes. After cooking, cool them a little bit and in their cavity add 1 tsp of honey, 1 tsp of hazelnut butter and a few raisins in each of them. Sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish with berries and mint leaves.
Tips&Tricks:
In the raisins jar, insert the peel from a vanilla bean stick after using the seeds, this way you will get highly fragrant raisins!
