Ingredients for 2-3 servings
✓ 1 ripe banana
✓ 1 cup strawberries, rinsed very well in very cold water
✓ 200 g Greek yogurt, 10% fat
✓ 1 tsp chia seeds
✓ 1 pinch of cinnamon
Mash the banana and strawberries with a fork, mix with chia seeds and a pinch of cinnamon and add the yogurt.
Mix well and enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
You can “make” the yogurt at home. For the milk to sour, it needs ferments, so add one plain yogurt with about 3.5% fat into the slightly warmed milk. Leave for 1-2 days, until it sours and starts to “set”, then refrigerate to slow fermentation.
