This recipe is part of the Healthy Nutrition Guide for Children, created by the “Agricola Neam de Gospodari” Association
Ingredients:
✓ 2 cups frozen fruits
✓ 2 bananas
✓ 400 g Greek yogurt
✓ 50 g walnuts
✓ ½ vanilla bean
✓ 100 g fresh berries
Mix yogurt with honey, coarsely chopped walnuts and vanilla. Cut the bananas into slices.
In a glass, layer the bananas, yogurt and frozen berries in the preferred order.
Keep it in the fridge until serving and then garnish with fresh berries. As an alternative for the hot summer time you can freeze the composition and blend it in order to get a sorbetto. What do you think about this?
Tips & Tricks:
We told you that you can freeze the yogurt mixture and turn it into a sorbetto with a blender. For a sorbetto without ice pieces, you have to repeat the blending process for several times, even if it will take longer.
