Ingredients for 2-3 servings
✓ 3 large bananas, well ripe
✓ 3 eggs
✓ 300 gr almond flour
✓ 1 cup blueberries
✓ 1 sachet of baking powder
✓ ½ teaspoon cinnamon
✓ grated organic lemon zest
Mash the bananas with a fork and mix with the beaten eggs. Add the other ingredients, and finally incorporate the blueberries.
Bake at 170°C for 20-25 minutes or until they pass the toothpicks test.
Tips and tricks
It is very simple to cook healthy recipes for your child, without sugar or other flavors, or substitutes for natural ingredients.
