Ingredients:

✓ 600 g crispy fillet

✓ 800 g cauliflower

✓ 500 ml Milk

✓ 80 g butter

✓ Dill

✓ Salt

Ingredients for the salad:

✓ 150 g lettuce,

✓ 100 g cucumbers,

✓ 4-5 threads of dill

✓ lemon juice,

✓ 30 ml of olive oil

Method of preparation

Boil the cauliflower in milk and water, without putting the lid on. This is one of the secrets of a white and tasty cauliflower puree.

*Children don’t really like cauliflower, so you need to be careful when boiling it.

After it has boiled, drain the liquid and mash the cauliflower with a blender with a little bit of butter, salt, and dill.

During all this time, brake the Crispy fillet in the oven, in a tray or on a baking sheet, on medium heat, for 15 minutes.

On a plate, place the cauliflower puree and the delicious pieces of chicken. On the side, in a bowl, mix the green salad with the cucumber slices, finely chopped dill, olive oil, a pinch of salt and season with lemon juice.

Tips&Tricks:

Cauliflower is boiled in milk and water, without putting the lid on. This is one of the secrets of a white and tasty cauliflower puree. Boiled without a lid, that specific smell disappears.
