Ingredients for 10 servings
✓ 8 eggs
✓ 200 g cream cheese
✓ 300 g chicken ham
✓ 5 pcs whole wheat baguette (halves)
✓ 300 g small tomatoes
✓ 250 g Fabio cucumbers
✓ 30 g bell peppers cut into slices
✓ 500 ml kefir
✓ 200 g frozen berries

Method of preparation

Cut the bread into slices and bake in the oven until it becomes golden. Spread each slice of bread with cream cheese, then add the cooled hard-boiled eggs (boiled for 10 minutes), cut into slices. Finally add ham, 2-3 drops of olive oil and a slice of bell pepper.
Cucumbers and diced tomatoes will be served as a side dish, next to the sandwich.
Portion the kefir separately, in individual glasses and on top place the berries.


Tips & Tricks:

Boil the eggs for at least 10 minutes, in order to get hard-boiled egg.
For a sticky egg- 3 minutes and for a soft egg- 6 minutes.
The secret of a hard-boiled, easy to clean egg is to place the hot eggs directly into ice water (thermal shock) until they cool down.
