Ingredients for 10 servings
✓ 250 g whole wheat flour
✓ 2 eggs
✓ 600 ml milk
✓ 5 ml vanilla essence
✓ 100 g walnuts
✓ 150 g mixed dried fruits
✓ 30 ml grapeseed oil
✓ 3 g cinnamon
✓ 4 baked apples
Mix the eggs with vanilla essence and cinnamon, then add them over the milk. Add the whole wheat flour gradually, mixing well so that there are no lumps. Leave the dough aside for about 15 minutes.
Bake the pancakes as following: grease the pan with oil, wait for it to heat up well and pour a ladl of dough. When it comes off easily at the edges, turn it over to the other side and leave it for a few more seconds. Fill each pancake with diced apples, walnuts and finely chopped dried fruits.
Tips & Tricks:
Don’t put sugar in the pancakes mix and always keep this in mind when making pancakes, not just for this recipe. You can add different flavors so that the sheets will come off more easily
