✓ 700 g boneless and skinless chicken breast
✓ 100 g bell pepper
✓ 100 g onion
✓ 150 g Champignon mushrooms
✓ 30 ml olive oil
✓ 500 g carrots
✓ 500 g beetroot
Baked chicken breast kabobs and baked vegetables – carrots and beetroot
Bake the carrots and beets in a covered dish. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, brush with sunflower seed oil and leave in the oven for one hour at 135 °C.
To follow the baking time, use small size veggies. Meanwhile, prepare the kabobs. Season the onion, mushrooms and pepper and sprinkle them with olive oil. Place cubes of meat and veggies on each skewer.
Firstly, fry the skewers in the pan, without using fat, until golden, then place them in the oven, along with the carrots and beets, for 15 minutes.
