This recipe is part of the Healthy Nutrition Guide for Children, created by the “Agricola Neam de Gospodari” Association
Ingredients for 10 servings
✓ 500 g turkey ham
✓ 200 g cream cheese with greens
✓ 150 g red radishes
✓ 15 g valerian salad
✓ 75 g sweet mustard
✓ 20 ml olive oil
✓ 3 pcs half baguettes with seeds
✓ 1000 ml green tea, infused
✓ 300 ml milk (optional)
✓ 50 g honey
Cut the baguettes into 3 layers and spread each slice with cream cheese (including the lid, which will be spread inside). On top of the bread add slices of radish, valerian salad and turkey ham and add a thin layer of mustard on top of the meat. Then assemble the sandwiches as in the picture, with a “lid”.
Cut each sandwich into 3 slices, and insert a toothpick in every piece, to prevent it from falling apart.
Prepare the milk tea by mixing the infused tea with the milk and then add some sweetness with a little bit of honey.
Tips & Tricks
The buns can be semi-baguette type, preferably whole wheat, with seeds. Turkey ham can be replaced with chicken or turkey breast prepared on the grill or in the oven.
