Ingredients for 10 servings
✓ 1 kg golden apples
✓ 200 g pie sheets
✓ 100 g brown sugar
✓ 30 ml grapeseed oil
✓ 50 g butter
✓ 3 g cinnamon powder
✓ 50 g walnuts
Cut the apples into cubes and sauté them in oil and sugar for 5-8 minutes, being careful not to turn them into a puree.
Add butter, walnuts and cinnamon. Let them cool down, then form the strudel by placing the mixture on the pie sheets. Brush each strudel with a little bit of oil and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake the rolls in the oven at 170*C, until they become golden and sprinkle with a little bit of powdered sugar.
Tips and tricks
Use Golden apples. They are full of flavor and juicier and this will allow you to get a juicier pie.
