Ingredients:

✓ 250 g whole wheat flour

✓ 100 g high-fat butter

✓ 1 egg

✓ Vanilla powder

✓ 60 g dark chocolate without sugar, minimum 70% cocoa

✓ 1 tbsp of honey


Method of preparation

Prepare the cookie dough, just as you will make a soft dough. Freeze the butter in advance and while it is still cold, grate it with a large grater and whisk it with the egg and honey. Add the flour, coarsely chopped chocolate and vanilla powder. Mix it with the tips of your fingers, then leave the dough to harden in the fridge for 15 minutes. Roll up the cookie dough on the table, sprinkled with a little bit of flour, cut out the cookies with the help of different cookie cutters and bake them for 12 minutes at 180*C.
